OUR KEY TECHNOLOGY

Core Technology to Manufacture Carbon-Carbon and Carbon-Ceramic Composite

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur adipiscing elit mauris molestie orci eget condimentum sollicitudin felis orci.

Carbon Densification

We have CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration), CVD (Chemail Vapor Deposition), and LPI (Liquid Phase Infiltration) proces to produce carbon carbon composite.

Ceramization

We covert carbon-carbon (C/C) composites into carbon-ceramic (C/C-SiC) composites, which often referred to as the "ceramization" process.

Oxidation Resistance

During the surface treatment steps, the Anti-Oxidation Coating is the key process to enhance the oxidation resistance of the material in high temperature environments.

We manufacture the carbon matrix applications (carbon-carbon and carbon-ceramic) started from carbon fibers.

How to make C/C composite?

Carbon fiber performs

We use 2.5D or 3D carbon fiber performs.

Densification

Multi cycles of carbonization (Densification) to reach needed density and mechanical properties of the composite.

High-Temperature Graphitization

Heated to temperatures between 2000°C and 3000°C, which converts the carbon matrix into a more ordered graphite structure.

Anti-Oxidation Coating

The surface of the carbon-carbon composite may be coated with protective layers to improve oxidation resistance and durability in extreme environments.

How to make C/C-SiC composite?

Carbon fiber performs

We use 2.5D or 3D carbon fiber performs.

Densification to C/C material

Multi cycles of carbonization (Densification) to reach needed density and mechanical properties of the composite.

Ceramization to carbon-ceramic material

As the molten silicon infiltrates the carbon fiber preform, it reacts with the carbon to form silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic phases.

Anti-Oxidation Coating

The surface of the carbon-carbon composite may be coated with protective layers to improve oxidation resistance and durability in extreme environments.
